How much does physical therapy cost?
Costs for physical therapy vary greatly depending on your diagnosis and customized physical therapy plan. Factors like the number of visits needed to achieve your health and wellness goals impact the total cost of your care. Because each patient’s treatment plan is unique, so is the total cost.
Does CoachAmyPT take my insurance?
CoachAmyPT is an out-of-network provider and does not file claims with insurance. All patients pay for visits directly at our flat self-pay rates.
Many plans include out-of-network benefits, which means you may be able to submit for reimbursement on your own. Every insurance plan is different, so coverage and reimbursement amounts vary. Learn how to submit for reimbursement in five easy steps.

What do I need to do before my appointment?
If you plan to submit for reimbursement, let Coach Amy or Allison know before your appointment. Allison will email you an itemized superbill. Please note we can't create superbills for past visits.
What are the benefits of self-pay?
With self-pay, you and Coach Amy decide your treatment plan, frequency, and duration together, without limits set by insurance. You can address more than one problem area in a single session, and treatments like dry needling are built into the cost of your visit.

Is CoachAmyPT in network with Medicare?
CoachAmyPT is not in network with Medicare. Medicare patients can see Coach Amy for wellness and prevention using self-pay.
