Coach Amy's schedule can fill up quickly. Check out our Scheduling Tips to help avoid long gaps between your appointments. This is essential for a successful outcome in your treatment. Are we all booked up? Schedule a reservation on the waiting list.

CoachAmyPT provides transparent flat-rate pricing for all Self-Pay healthcare services (see No Surprises below). Unfortunately, we cannot predict the patient's portion for services covered by insurance because plans vary widely and depend on several variables. We recommend that patients call their insurance company for details on their coverage for Physical Therapy before booking an appointment. If you need additional help, our billing department can provide a general idea of the costs involved with a typical evaluation or treatment session, but it is not a quote or a guarantee. It is the patient's responsibility to be aware of their coverage.

No Surprises

If you choose Self-Pay physical therapy services with CoachAmyPT, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. You are a Self-Pay physical therapy patient under the following circumstances:

  • CoachAmyPT is out of network for your insurance.

  • You do not have insurance.

  • You are seeking services that are not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield such as Dry Needling.

You are not a Self Pay physical therapy patient if you are seeking wellness or performance services with CoachAmyPT.

CoachAmyPT provides transparent flat-rate pricing for all Self Pay healthcare services and these are listed on the Schedule Appointment page of the website (see above). The total cost of your care over the course of treatment is therefore dependent on the number of visits needed to achieve your health and wellness goals. This varies and is unique to each patient, but a good faith estimate will be provided to you upon request.
